The followings are Airtel Broadband Terms and Conditions. Before taking Broadband connection carefully read these terms and conditions. The term and conditions are as follows:

Applicability : These terms and conditions are applicable to all "Broadband & Telephone" Customers of Bharti Airtel Limited ("AIRTEL")

The Customer can make his/her AIRTEL Bill Payments on or before the due date as per his/ her convenience through any of the following modes of payment :

1. Credit card remittance slip

2. Standing instructions on your credit card

3. Electronic Clearing System for direct payment through your valid bank account

4. Cash - Only at exclusive Airtel outlets in the India

5. Electronic Modes - Internet Banking, Phone Banking.

Crossed cheque(s), pay order(s), or draft(s) payable at National Capital Region of Delhi made in favour of "Bharti Airtel Limited - Broadband & Telephone Services Account No. -xxxxxxxx". Outstation cheques shall not be accepted. Any outstation cheque if received shall be returned to the Customer and a charge of Rs.150 (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Only) shall be levied on his/her AIRTEL account in addition to any late payment charges, if applicable.

Itemized Bills
If you have ISD facility on your phone, the itemized billing is provided free of cost every month itemized local call details are provided at an additional charge of Rs. 100 per telephone connection.

Cash Payment
Bharti Airtel Limited, will not be responsible in any manner what so ever, for any cash payment made by the customer, in any of the drop boxes.

Late Payment
Payment of bills on time would ensure uninterrupted usage of his /her AIRTEL Broadband & Telephon services. The Customer is advised to make the payment by the due date to ensure no late fee charges, as stated below, are levied on his/her AIRTEL account.

Airtel Broadband recommends two Customer Premise Equipment CPE for its residential, SMEs and Corporates users. For SMEs and Corporates users it recommends ADSL Router with Ethernet Port and for residential recommends ADSL USB Modem. All Customer Premise Equipment CPEs are tested with Airtel Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer (DSLAM is a network device and which allows telephone lines to make faster Internet connections. It is install near the customer's location, that connects multiple customer Digital Subscriber Lines (DSLs) using multiplexing techniques) network. ADSL Router with Ethernet Port suitable for multiple PC environment, which is Multi-mode ADSL Annex A Router and complies with ANSIT1.413 Issue 2, ITU G.992.1 (G.dmt) and G.992.2 (G.lite).
